Words to Live By: Diligence

Visionaries I always want to keep it 100 with you and encourage you to take steps to better yourselves. So that’s where the words to live by posts come in. The first word is Diligence. Diligence is defined as constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken; persistent exertion of body or mind. Many times we start projects and do not finish. We give our word and fail to honor it, and we abandon our dreams. We have all been guilty of these things a some point or another.  Lack of diligence equals lack of progress. I know first hand that it is hard to stay persistent and for that very reason that this website remained untouched for several weeks. As the days passed I realized that this website was very important to me and more than a pet project, it brings me one step closer to fulfilling a dream. So now I have recommitted myself and I admonish each one you to recommit to whatever is important to you whether it is school, career goals, or even relationships. Only by working diligently will you see your goal come into furtion. So Be Encouraged Visionaires and finish the races that you started.
